Terms of Use

Last updated: October 14, 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Studiom mobile applications, Studiom Dashboard, website, and related services provided by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] (“Studiom”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing or using Studiom, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use Studiom.

1. The Studiom Platform

Studiom is a technology platform designed to connect participating fitness and wellness studios with their members.

Studiom may provide functionality including:

  • class schedules;
  • class reservations;
  • booking cancellations;
  • class credits;
  • membership information;
  • studio access through QR codes;
  • attendance management;
  • studio member management; and
  • administrative tools for studio owners.

Studiom is a technology provider and is not itself the fitness or wellness studio providing the underlying classes or physical services.

2. Eligibility

You may use Studiom only if:

  • you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms; or
  • where required by applicable law, your parent or legal guardian has authorized your use of the service.

Participating studios are responsible for determining whether a particular person is eligible to receive their services.

3. Member Access

Members may access the Studiom mobile application using membership credentials or an activation code provided through a participating studio.

You agree to:

  • keep your activation or access information confidential;
  • not allow another person to use your Studiom access;
  • provide accurate information where requested; and
  • notify your studio or Studiom if you believe your access information has been compromised.

Your access may be suspended where unauthorized use, abuse, or a security risk is reasonably suspected.

4. Studio Owner and Dashboard Accounts

Studio owners or other authorized users may access the Studiom Dashboard using separate authentication credentials.

Dashboard users are responsible for:

  • maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials;
  • restricting access to authorized personnel;
  • ensuring that information entered into Studiom is accurate;
  • using member information only for legitimate studio purposes; and
  • complying with applicable privacy and data protection laws.

A Dashboard account must not be shared with unauthorized individuals.

5. Relationship With Participating Studios

Each participating studio is independently responsible for the fitness, wellness, training, coaching, or other physical services it provides.

Studiom does not:

  • conduct studio classes;
  • employ or supervise studio instructors solely by virtue of providing the Studiom platform;
  • determine the suitability of a class for an individual user; or
  • guarantee the quality, safety, availability, or outcome of services provided by a participating studio.

Questions or disputes relating to a studio's membership agreement, pricing, refund policy, training services, cancellation rules, health and safety procedures, or physical facilities should generally be addressed directly to the relevant studio.

6. Class Bookings

Where enabled, Studiom allows members to reserve available places in studio classes.

A booking may be subject to:

  • class capacity;
  • available membership credits;
  • membership eligibility;
  • studio-specific booking rules; and
  • technical availability.

A reservation is not guaranteed until the Studiom platform confirms that the booking has been successfully completed.

7. Cancellations and Credits

Members may cancel eligible bookings through Studiom where the relevant functionality is available.

Class credits may be deducted, returned, or otherwise adjusted according to the applicable membership and studio rules.

Participating studios remain responsible for communicating any separate policies regarding late cancellations, no-shows, expiry of credits, or refunds.

If you believe a technical error affected your booking or credits, contact support@studiom.com or the relevant studio.

8. QR Entry

QR codes generated through Studiom are personal to the associated membership and may not be transferred to another person.

You must not:

  • share your QR code for unauthorized use;
  • reproduce or manipulate QR codes to circumvent access controls;
  • use another member's QR code; or
  • attempt to bypass Studiom check-in mechanisms.

Misuse may result in suspension or termination of access.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • use Studiom for unlawful purposes;
  • gain or attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, studios, systems, or data;
  • interfere with the security or operation of the platform;
  • circumvent access controls;
  • impersonate another person;
  • submit false or misleading information;
  • introduce malware or malicious code;
  • scrape or systematically extract data without authorization;
  • use bots or automated systems in a manner that disrupts the platform;
  • attempt to access another studio's protected data;
  • misuse another member's credentials or QR code; or
  • use Studiom in violation of applicable law.

10. Intellectual Property

Studiom and its underlying software, source code, interface, design, trademarks, logos, written content, and platform technology are owned by or licensed to [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit Studiom or any part of it.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Studiom intellectual property to you.

11. Studio Content

Participating studios remain responsible for content they provide through Studiom, including logos, class information, instructor information, studio details, membership packages, and other studio content.

By uploading content to Studiom, the studio grants Studiom a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, reproduce, and display that content solely as necessary to operate the Studiom services.

The studio represents that it has the necessary rights to use and provide such content.

12. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable access to Studiom but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Studiom may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, software updates, infrastructure failures, third-party service interruptions, security incidents, or events beyond our reasonable control.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service where reasonably necessary.

13. Updates and Changes to the Platform

We may update or change Studiom from time to time, including by adding features, removing features, changing interfaces, improving security, correcting errors, or changing technical requirements.

Some updates may be required in order to continue using Studiom safely or correctly.

14. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary, including where:

  • these Terms are materially violated;
  • unauthorized or fraudulent activity is suspected;
  • platform security is threatened;
  • continued access would create legal or operational risk; or
  • the relevant studio relationship has ended.

Termination of Studiom access does not automatically terminate any separate contractual relationship between a member and their studio.

15. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Studiom is provided on an “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, that every error will be corrected immediately, that every studio will continue participating in Studiom, or any specific fitness, health, or wellness outcome.

Studiom does not provide medical advice. You are responsible for assessing whether participation in a class or physical activity is appropriate for you and, where appropriate, seeking advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

16. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses arising solely from the use of Studiom where such losses were not reasonably foreseeable.

Studiom is not responsible for acts or omissions of independent participating studios, instructors, or other third-party service providers.

Any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law remain unaffected.

17. Privacy

Use of Studiom is also subject to our Privacy Policy: https://usestudiom.com/privacy

The Privacy Policy explains how personal data is processed in connection with the platform.

18. Third-Party Services

Studiom may rely on or link to third-party services.

We are not responsible for third-party services that are outside our control, and their own terms and privacy policies may apply.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when necessary due to changes to Studiom, legal requirements, security considerations, or operational changes.

Material changes may be communicated through the application, website, email, or another appropriate method.

Continued use after an update may constitute acceptance where permitted by applicable law.

20. Governing Law and Disputes

If [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] is established in Türkiye, these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply to you.

Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts, consumer arbitration committees, or other competent authorities determined under applicable law.
